Appointment Information

For all appointments and enquiries, please call, email or request an appointment online.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment for registration and completion of a health questionnaire.

Please remember to bring the following to your appointment:

  • Referral letter from your GP or other doctor
  • X rays/ultrasound/CT/MRI scans and the associated reports
  • Record of previous surgery, hospital discharge summaries and specialist letters
  • A list of medication and allergies
  • Medicare card, DVA card and pension card
  • Private health insurance details (if applicable)

If urgent appointments are required, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. For life threatening conditions, you should attend your nearest emergency department or call an ambulance.

A SMS will be sent to you a day before your appointment to confirm your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call us as early as you can to rearrange the appointment.

We recognise that your time is valuable and we make every effort to run the appointments on time. Occasionally, emergencies or patients requiring a little more time will cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
